My wife and I contacted George Freeman for guidance on constructing a solid will and testament. With the coronavirus situation, we were worried that we didn't have an established plan of action concerning our family. George listened to all of our concerns. He explained probate here in Virginia and identified other contingencies that we needed to address. For example, he helped setup clear instructions regarding our child's care and to appoint substitute executors. In essence, George laid out a framework where we could rest a little more easily since we planned for any unexpected issues.
Much of this work took place outside of our initial office consult. George provided and revised several drafts until we had everything just right. I don't think anyone enjoys planning out their will but George kept us focused on nailing down all of the details. While we valued his expertise and counsel, he's a genuinely warm, friendly, and empathetic person.
